Product details

Hairpin decorated with a vine leaf in natural leather with Swarovski White (white) pearls of various sizes. Leaf size approx. 9×9,5 cm (3,54×3,74 inches, hairpin excluded).

The back of the leaf is covered in silver metallic satin fabric. The grape leaves of the FEUILLAGE collection are entirely handmade with traditional millinery techniques. For this reason each leaf can be considered a unique piece.

Style tips

These original and precious hairpins can gracefully adorn different gathered bridal hairstyles. The combination of white/silver and the bucolic theme make it a particularly suitable accessory for romantic and vintage-style wedding dresses. The small leaf can be combined with the larger one, for a surprising scenographic effect.

About the Collection

In French FEUILLAGE stands for “leaves, foliage”.
I wanted to shift my attention from the flower to the leaf, the symbol of nature par excellence, to remind ourselves every day to defend our Mother Earth, this Nature which we too often forget to respect.

Since ancient times the leaves of some plants have a strong symbolism: the FERN leaf adorns every image of the God Pan, divinity of the mountains and rural life; the LAUREL was the tree sacred to Apollo, a symbol of wisdom and glory; the OLIVE leaf, which has become universally a symbol of peace, originally adorned the head of the goddess Minerva, protector of arts and crafts.

This collection by La Bottega Liventina is dedicated to these three wonderful leaves, with the hope that they will adorn the head of many radiant women on their most beautiful day!
