1) How can I buy a product from this site?
To buy a product just click on the photo of the chosen product. The product page will open, where the yellow “PayPal Pay Now” button is located. For the moment, it is possible to pay only with PayPal, therefore the customer is required to have a PayPal account (easy to use, secure and completely free). By clicking on this button, payment is made for the chosen product. You will be directed to the Paypal site, on which you will be given all the instructions to complete the payment.
2) What happens when I complete the payment with PayPal?
When you complete your payment, you will receive an e-mail payment notification from PayPal, and then an e-mail from La Bottega Liventina as confirmation of your order.
3) When will my order be shipped?
The item/items will be shipped within the shipping terms indicated on the page of each item. Shipment is generally made by registered letter from the Italian Post Service. At the time of shipment, I will provide you with the shipping code (tracking number) with which you can follow yourself your shippment by connecting to the Poste Italiane website (www.poste.it) or to an International tracking service like Trackingmore.com.
4) I would like to buy one of your items but I would like to receive it at home in a very short time. How can I do?
If you are in a hurry and think that my standard shippment method is too slow, write me on the CONTACT page or at labottegaliventina@gmail.com. We will decide together a faster shipping method (for example, Registered mail 1 by Poste Italiane or a private courier) and I will create for you a personalized product page with the chosen item and the new shipping costs.
5) How can I place a customized order?
To make a customized order, make your request by filling in the format from the CONTACT page or write me at the email address labottegaliventina@gmail.com. I will reply to you within 24 hours. For further details I invite you to read the information on the BESPOKE page.
6) What is La Bottega Liventina’s refund policy?

7) Can I return an item?
